Yes it is good to journal and get your thoughts out, but I thought this was for a workshop with daily emails from the teacher. No emails. But you can follow through with the book which is very easy. But you have to keep journaling long after the book. It really does not clear the air as much as it could.
I'm currently on Day 20; this is a wonderful book to start your journaling practice!
I liked that there was a different question every day. And helped you to dig deep into yourself. No minimum Or maximum number of words required.
